One of the factors that significantly impacts the durability of plastic pipes against UV rays is the use of industrial carbon black to achieve a black coloration. This ingredient effectively protects the pipes from sunlight degradation. However, green pipes, which lack this component, are notably susceptible to UV damage, leading to a decline in their physical and mechanical properties.
To address this issue, we assist pipe manufacturers by offering an anti-light coating specifically designed for packaging tubes. This protective layer is crafted from a multi-layer polyethylene (PE) film, incorporating a UV stabilizing additive. Available in a variety of colors, the film also supports flexographic printing up to six colors.
