PE SHRINK FILM

Shrink Film is a transparent plastic cover utilized in conjunction with a heat shrink machine for effective packaging. The process begins by selecting a piece of Shrink Film proportional to the product size. This film is then meticulously wrapped around the item to be packaged.

Once in place, the wrapped product enters a thermal tunnel where it is exposed to heat. This causes the Shrink Film to contract tightly around the product. Following this, the product passes through a cooling phase at the tunnel’s exit, ensuring that the film solidifies in its contracted form.

The result is a tightly wrapped product, securely held within a strong plastic grip. This method not only ensures the product is well-protected during transport and storage but also maintains a clean and professional appearance.
